UK Shipping
All items are shipped with Royal Mail 48-hr Tracked for a flat rate of £5.00. For orders with multiple items, £0.50 will be added per item.
Free collection is available from my Studio in Manchester - please reach out before placing your order to arrange this.
If you are based outside of the UK, please get in touch to discuss shipping options; likewise if you require a different postal service within the UK, please reach out.
Packaging
No virgin plastic materials are used for packaging and where possible plastic free materials will be used, but upcycling/reusing packaging from other sources is always prioritised. Boxes used for shipping will also be reused/upcycled where possible. Please recycle any packaging responsibly, or save it for your own use!
Returns
Unfortunately, due to the nature of my work, returns/refunds are not accepted. Please read descriptions and view product photos thoroughly before committing to a purchase as all items in the shop are unique - if you have any specific questions before/during/after your purchase, please reach out and I will do my best to help.
If an issue arises during shipping i.e between sending and receiving, please primarily raise this with the handler, but do get in touch and I will be happy to help.
If a product arrives damaged/broken, please immediately send photos along with proof of purchase, and I will do my best to help find a resolution.
Product Care
All items designed for eating/drinking have food-safe glazes, and although each item is dishwasher and microwave safe, handwashing is recommended to keep your item's lifespan as long as possible.
